Of all the new Fall 2011 nail polish collections out there, I narrowed my favs down to three: OPI's Miss Universe, Essie's Carry On and, Zoya's Smoke & Mirrors. Each collection carries its' own features that I love...but mostly...it's all about the sparkle!
